The colours are inspired by traditional Japanese lacquerware or \u003cem\u003eurushi\u003c\/em\u003e that is applied in multiple layers to achieve smooth finishes. The process is done slowly and thoroughly to allow absorption between coats to enhance the grain, letting the raw material be the main attraction and to offer extra layers of protection from heat, ice, acid, detergent and other environmental factors.
